Perspectives of the Diversity and Inclusion Program

Apr 13, 2021

Key elements of the Organizational Capacity

  • Inclusive environments
  • Equity treatment
  • Equity of opportunities
  • Flexible thinking
  • Social and emotional empathy
  • Value of the differences
  • Psicologically safe environments: without risks, without microaggresions, without barriers, without gaps

How can they be appropriated?

  • Value all people regardless of their differences, treating everyone with fairness and respect
  • Promote inclusive and psychologically safe environments, considering the demographic and emotional diversity of the people I work with or my dependents
  • Recognize the diversity of thought and ways of being, showing empathy and building from difference
  • Promote equal opportunities for all people in the processes, services and activities that I lead or take part, considering the diversity of people

Our program has 5 perspectives and an umbrella, symbolizing our acknowledgement that diversity goes far beyond some categories. It is about all those characteristics that make us all unique and unrepeatable beings, and therefore diversity involves us all. For this reason, we have built this program to develop an organizational capacity that helps us carry the Diversity lens in all areas of our company.

We are committed to promoting diversity and consolidating inclusive environments, fostering a collective awareness as to the value of differences and the development of equitable working conditions.

The actions in this perspective revolve around the following themes:

  • Comprehensive and daily diversity
  • Reduction of biases, language and inclusive communication
  • Flexible thinking and social emotional intelligence
