The service teams for citizen relations are opportunities for dialogue that are open to different stakeholders. These are deployed through visits by professionals from the Citizen Participation Office to the various municipalities, villages or fields where Ecopetrol S.A. operates.
These opportunities operate as a two-way communication that in addition to informing attendees about Corporate Social Responsibility policies, the organization´s citizen participation model and its various channels, receipt is made of the requests, complaints or claims of the participants, ensuring that these enter the response process and are resolved in accordance with the timeliness and quality terms that it requires.
