The main changes made to the organizational structure during 2020 are listed below:
- Creation of the Gas Vice Presidency.
- Implementation and adjustment of the design of the Corporate Vice Presidency of Human Talent.
- Adjustment to the regional model and merger of the South Regional Vice Presidency and the East Regional Vice Presidency in Andina Oriente.
- Integration of Piedemonte assets.
- Elimination of the Vice Presidency of Transformation and reorganization of its functions.
- Updating of the Roles & Responsibilities of the first, second level and subsequent areas according to their participation in the Innovation and Technology Process.
