Castilla Blend is a heavy crude with an API of 18.8º and 1.97% S that results from mixing Castilla crude with other heavy crudes produced in fields in the plains region, to which virgin naphtha is added as diluent, to transport it using the oil pipeline system to Coveñas. This crude is exported through the Coveñas port which is located along the Gulf of Morrosquillo on the Atlantic Coast. Technical specification file attached here to Crude Specs Castilla Blend.
Caño Limón is an intermediate crude with an API of 29.1º and 0.5% S. produced in the Llanos Orientales Basin. This crude oil is transported by the Caño Limón - Coveñas pipeline to Colombia´s Caribbean coastline.
South Blend crude production fields are located in the southwestern region of Colombia. It has a quality of 28.6º API and 0.72% sulfur. This crude is exported through the Tumaco Portalong the Pacific Coast, whose loading capacity is 400 thousand barrels, at a loading rate of up to 24,000 barrels per hour. South Blend has a current production of 12,000 barrels per day, most of which is exported. Technical specification file attached here to Crude Specs South Blend.
Vasconia crude with 24.3º API and 0.83% S is the result of mixing crudes produced in the fields of the plains and the Upper Magdalena regions, whose currents come together at the Vasconia Station, where they get their name. This crude is exported through the Coveñas port which is located along the Gulf of Morrosquillo on the Atlantic Coast. Technical specification file attached here to Crude Specs Vasconia.
Magdalena Blend is a heavy sour crude with an API of 20.4º and 1.6% S that results from mixing some currents of acid crude produced in the Magdalena Medio basin and Castilla crude oil, produced in the Llanos Orientales basin. Technical specification file attached here to Crude Specs Magdalena Medio
