We managed the selection processes with strategic alliances that allowed us to cover a total of 614 positions, 296 (48%) with internal collaborators and 318 (52%) with external collaborators (Relationships). In addition, we managed to improve the selection times from 38 to 36 days per process.

In addition, the training module for inclusive selection and recruitment and unbiased interview guidelines was designed during 2020. The recruitment team was trained in diversity issues, and the use of inclusive language in the calls for aspirants was ensured.

Learning and training

Digital training during 2020 increased by 54% as compared to 2019, offering more virtual content and synchronous and asynchronous training sessions with access from the corporate learning platform and mobile devices.

99% (9,677) of workers received training during 2020, with an average of 62 hours of training per person, as compared to the reference 35.5 man-hours of training of the Association for Talent Development - ATD.

In 2020, the value invested in face-to-face and external training and development averaged $ 1,646,206 for employee.
