Denounces
Through this channel, the subjects of self-regulation and in general any third party may alert, anonymously or not, about allegedly irregular situations. Denounces may be submitted through any of the following means:

By means of this procedure, the subjects of self-regulation, the participants of the stock market and the public in general, can formulate queries or request information on matters that concern AMV. The request must be sent in writing through any of the following means:
- Written document addressed to the Legal Sub-Directorate of AMV at the offices located at Calle 72 # 10-07 of. 1202 of Bogotá.

Claims
Through this channel, the subjects of self-regulation can express their dissatisfaction with the management of AMV or with the conduct of its officials. The claim must be sent through any of the following means to the AMV Quality Coordination:
