Through this mechanism, clients will be able to disclose situations related to possible breaches of the regulations applicable to securities intermediation activity by members and their related individuals (PNV). Complaints can be made:

By means of this procedure, the subjects of self-regulation, the participants of the stock market and the public in general, can formulate queries or request information on matters that concern AMV. The request must be sent in writing through any of the following means:

Claims

Through this channel, the subjects of self-regulation can express their dissatisfaction with the management of AMV or with the conduct of its officials. The claim must be sent through any of the following means to the AMV Quality Coordination:
