Anticorruption and Citizen Service Plan

In compliance with Article 73 of Law 1474 of 2011 and in line with our Code of Ethics and Conduct, Ecopetrol annually prepares its Anti-Corruption and Citizen Service Plan, with the purpose of contributing to the strengthening of the management of this type of risks in the organization.

For this purpose, Ecopetrol follows the methodology contained in the document "Strategies for the construction of the Anticorruption and Citizen Service Plan" established by the National Government, which contemplates the following components for the structuring of the plan:

  1. Corruption Risk Management - Corruption Risk Map.
  2. Streamlining of Procedures.
  3. Accountability.
  4. Mechanisms to Improve Citizen Service.
  5. Mechanisms for Transparency and Access to Information.
  6. Additional Initiatives.
