Ecopetrol´s wage policy responds to internal criteria of equity and transparency, in accordance with the functions and responsibilities assigned to collaborators

In order to do so, there is an established Job Structure that groups the Company´s various management, technical and administrative roles, based on the assessment thereof.

There is also a Salary Structure that establishes defined salary ranges by levels to assign the collaborator´s salary.

There are also jobs on pay scales defined in the Conventional System, which determine the salaries for the respective job, according to the classification provided therein.
