Universidad Ecopetrol is the unit in charge of managing development and learning in the Organization since 2008. It currently consists of five schools, designed to meet the training needs of the strategic activities of the company´s business. The University has coverage nationwide with several locations in the country and a virtual campus.
The company´s leadership model defines the global leader characteristics required to achieve the strategy by 2015, in a structural design with three levels of leadership: strategic, operational and tactical, as illustrated in the pyramid
