Assessment Criteria

The assessment of projects competing for the award in any of the two levels will be based on the following aspects, which will be assessed by a panel of persons that are specialists in the topics presented:

  1. Quality of the project: Assessed in relation to the research question, the approach to the problem, relevance around the proposed line of research, stakeholders involved, project development methodology and results obtained.
  2. Contribution to innovation: Considered as proposals that solve a strategic problem for a group, community or municipality, with high-impact results and potential application of these results.
  3. Knowledge generation: Around different knowledge areas and their interdisciplinary areas.
  4. Socialization and dissemination capability: Related to the presentation of the research results within the Science, Technology and Innovation Fairs, to the expert evaluators.
  5. Undertaking of the research: According to Research guidelines such as the Educational Strategy of the Ondas Program.
