Value Based Management (EVA)
The generation of value consolidated from the operative
area of Ecopetrol, without including the effects of
the increases in prices and exchange rates was $3.75
billion, which is $411 billion higher that the goal established
for 2006, after optimizing the value chain
reflected in the decrease of invariable costs due to the
reduction in crude purchases from partners.
